Peter Rabbit Event – Belgrave Hall, Leicester
On Wednesday 28th March, Belgrave Hall will be holding a special Peter Rabbit event during the first week of the Easter Holidays! The event will be filled with crafts, trails and story telling inspired by the classic novel by Beatrix Potter.
Alongside this there will be a chance to meet some of the animal characters including Tula the Barn owl, Storm the French Lop Rabbit. As well as, Rolo the skinny pig, Shadow the African Pygmy hedgehog and Elvis the Giant Flemish Rabbit. How exciting!
I absolutely love Belgrave Hall. I have been to quiet a few events there in the past with Phoenix when she was 3-5 years. Belgrave Hall is a Queen Anne-style Grade II* listed building on the northern edge of the city. It was built as a family home for Edmund and Ann Cradock in 1709 in the midst of 2 acres of walled gardens in Belgrave, Leicester. How lucky are we to have this in Leicester?
Ruby has also been to Belgrave Hall however as my little helper when I went for a site visit to meet Phil Giddings. She loved the garden and running up and down the ramps! The exciting life of a 2 year old. And she was chuffed that she got her picnic out
Come along to the Peter Rabbit Event at Belgrave Hall, Leicester
I am very excited to announce that Ruby & Fi will be providing some fabulous themed décor at the event. We will be dressing the marquee, and the entrance of Belgrave Hall. Over the next coming weeks I will be making and sourcing some fabulous decorations that will certainly be bringing some fun and springs of colour to the event.
When I think of Peter Rabbit I think of the colours light blue, orange and green. Also carrots, picket fence and vegetables. Not forgetting, blue cardigans and animals such as hedgehog, frog and not forgetting Jemima puddle duck.
Peter Rabbit is now showcasing at cinemas nationwide, if you have seen it you will know what a wonderful theme it is.
